Happy Election Day! It is on everyone’s mind, even Anna’s first grader! Anna and Chef Plum are talking about how everyone is spending their Election Night!

Olivia and Sam have hosted Thanksgiving at their home for the last decade for 35 people. Olivia is a chef and owns a café in their town, and she’s tired of always being the cook, even on holidays. She wants to cancel this tradition at her house and not do it anymore. Her husband, Sam, says that all these people rely on them, and he loves having everyone over. He knows it’s a lot of work, but he can help. She argues that he’s basically useless even if his heart is in the right place. Plus, she doesn’t love when people bring sides and food to her spread because of her Chef OCD so it’s best just to take a year (or three) off from hosting. What do you think?
