Victoria and Jonathan’s youngest just moved out of state for college in August and is having a challenging time so far this semester. Mom went to visit and now has extended her stay there for the past three weeks. She wants to find an apartment to stay in the area to support their daughter. Dad thinks an extended visit is fine, but they have a retirement plan, and this wasn’t part of it. Her other younger children never had any issues so this is all new, but he thinks that moving closer to her and getting an apartment so she can spend more time near her is a mistake.
