I’ve been seeing a lot of people talking about those Stand-up desks lately. Probably because it’s the start of the new year and everyone wants to try something different. But do they actually make a difference?
Many experts say yes. If your job requires you to be on a computer most of the day, standing up while you do it can actually make you more productive and focused throughout the day. Not to mention how it’s also very good for your physical health.
