Meet Enzo, our Pet of the Week from the CT Humane Society!
Enzo is a 5-year-old Cane Corso mix with a heart of gold, ready for a new start. He came to the CT Humane Society from local animal control after being abandoned, and he’s now looking for a family who will love him unconditionally.
This big, happy guy has medium to high energy and loves spending time with his people. Enzo thrives on daily exercise and lots of attention, so he’s looking for an active family ready to keep up with his playful spirit. He’s dog-friendly and would be fine with other dogs in the home, but since he doesn’t have much experience with cats, he’ll need a slow introduction if you have a feline friend.
As a Cane Corso, Enzo is incredibly smart and loyal, with plenty of obedience training already under his belt. Given his size and strength, Enzo would do best with someone who has experience with large breeds. He’d also thrive in a home with children over 11 who are familiar with big, playful dogs. We’d be glad to set up a meet-and-greet at the shelter to ensure everyone’s comfortable and ready for his energetic personality.
If Enzo sounds like the perfect addition to your family, visit CThumane.org/Adopt to fill out an adoption questionnaire. He’s currently at our Westport location and is excited to meet his future family. Let’s help Enzo find the forever home he deserves!
