If you have tattoos you know how personal that ink can be. A lot, if not all, tattoos usually have some sort of personal story behind them. So to lose that can be awful.
That’s what a lot of troops go through if they get wounded and lose a limb that might have one of their tattoos on it. To be honest, something I never even thought of since I don’t have tattoos.
But now Walter Reed National Medical Center has figured out a way to transfer those lost tattoos onto their prosthetic artificial limb. Just an incredible idea that I’m sure means a lot to many of these people who have lost sentimental pieces.
