It’s graduation season which means there is a lot of stress for high school grads looking ahead to college and all the price tags that come along with it. Which is why a story like this is so great.
Up in Massachusetts there was a suburb outside of Boston who decided to use some of their leftover stimulus money to help some kids out going to college.
While the Mayor of Malden was giving a speech at an awards ceremony earlier this week everyone was expecting him to announce the winner of a $1,000 scholarship. But then he flipped the script and announced that EVERYONE in the room would be getting $1,000 for their education. The entire room when crazy after hearing the news.
