Holiday Pecans

Ingredients:
1 C. Sugar
2 tbs. Ground Cinnamon
1/4 tsp. Salt
2 Egg Whites
1 lb. Pecans

Cooking Instructions:
1. Heat oven to 350 degrees and spray a baking sheet with Pam Nonstick Cooking Spray.

2. In a large bowl mix sugar, cinnamon and salt.

3. In a medium bowl, beat egg whites until stiff and glossy.

4. Add pecans to egg whites and stir to coat. Add pecan/egg white mixture to the sugar, cinnamon and salt mixture and stir to coat well.

5. Spread coated pecans into a single layer on baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes.

6. Cool and break into pieces and store in an airtight container.
