Cranberry Pie
Ingredients:
2 CUPS FRESH CRANBERRIES
1 1/4 CUP SUGAR, DIVIDED
1/2 CUP CHOPPED WALNUTS
1/2 CUP BUTTER, MELTED
1 CUP FLOUR
1 TSP. ALMOND EXTRACT
2 EGGS BEATEN
Cooking Instructions:
Spray pie dish and place cranberries evenly on the bottom. Sprinkle 1/2 cup sugar over cranberries. Sprinkle walnuts over sugar. Mis remaining sugar with butter, flour, extract and eggs until just bleneded. Bake at 325 degrees for about 50 minutes or until top is golden brown. Serve as side dish with holiday meal.
